Dale currently serves as President of The Selon Group and its companies (Virtual Accuracy "Assistance for Coaches" and VA Training) and has trained individuals and groups on both an individual and corporate level for over 8 years.  He will be continuing his "coach" education at the Coachville School of Small Business Coaching.

Dale operates two highly successful, distinct VA practices, Virtual Accuracy and Assistance For Coaches. Using his "I.D.E.A.L." VA principle and unique marketing methods, he continues to have new clients knocking on the door consistently. 

Dale's corporate background includes corporate training, MIS, sales, marketing, advertising and media. Dale has been instrumental in writing, implementing and supporting certain software packages for some of the largest non-profit organizations in the United States. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of web production, SEO and graphic design. Additionally, advertisements created by Dale have appeared in nationwide magazine publications and his PowerPoint presentations have been used in meetings with one of the largest media organizations in the United States.

Becki serves as the Visionary of Virtual Accuracy "Assistance for Coaches" and VA Training and has trained individuals and groups on both an individual and corporate level for 5 years. 

When not helping her clients maximize their vision, Becki is busy developing content for the soon to be released Introverts.net. 

Becki's corporate background includes training and development, director of marketing and guest relations, public relations, media (TV and radio) executive level support to high power executives. 

As a coach, Becki desires to bolster your vision and bring it to fruition.  Her signature service is equipping VAs to "ax" negativity and bring forth the positive in their business and lives.  Becki also has an undying passion for introverts and desire to motivate them to be absolute best they.   

Dale and Becki have been VAs since 1998 (before they knew what a VA was).

Coaching Style

Dale employs a categorically unique coaching style.  He is tough yet compassionate, thought provoking and a dynamic communicator.  He has been known to ignite a contagious entrepreneurial spirit.

Becki's coaching style is no-nonsense yet warm-hearted.  Negativity is NOT an option.  She will guide you to kicking your negative thoughts in the butt.
