Virtual Assistant Training - February Session

VA Training

We have had 5 VAs who let me know that they wanted in for the February session of VA Training. So far none have made a commitment. We will start the first session on the week of the 6th.

Anyone who sends me an e-mail to coachdale@vatraining.com letting me know their interest will be considered for this session.

It’s not too late!

I look forward to speaking with you personally!

If Your Started Your Virtual Assistant Business Over

Virtual Assistance

Someone recently asked, “if you had to start your VA business over, knowing what you know now, what are the five most important things to know?”

Become a Master Craftsman

1. Your business doesn’t manage itself. It takes time to do the back-end of your business, so figure it in.
2. Don’t be afraid to spend money. When you spend money, you make money.
3. Never under estimate the power the of a target market.
4. Research, research, research. It’s ok to ask questions, but there is nothing like doing your own due dilligence.
5. Lastly, make sure your business name fits where you want to be in five-ten years. If we knew in 1998 where we would be today, our company name wouldn’t be Virtual Accuracy.

Kiss Your Online Forms Hello!

Tech Tips

By: Tawnya Sutherland

Ever wonder why you only get a couple of contacts a week through your online contact us or newsletter sign-up form on your website?

I cringe when I see website contact forms that have a zillion boxes for me to fill out asking me for everything from my middle name to my bra size! GEESH! COME ON FOLKS!!! I just want to ask you a simple question about your company! If you give me the answer I’m looking for then most likely I will converse further with your company and maybe even buy your products. Don’t make me jump through hoops to get a quick answer to my simple question!

Don’t lose that potential customer or lead by digging too deep into people’s personal comfort zones. Studies show that people don’t like giving away their personal information, especially their phone number, so if you want someone to contact you via your form, just ask them for their basic information as follows:

First Name:

Email:

Comments:

This will give you enough information to contact them back via email. As you start conversing, you will gain their trust and they will freely give you more and more personal information as you build a relationship with them. Sometimes even too much!

Give it a test on your website and see if you get more leads this week!

Remember to KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) your online forms hello on a regular basis.
