If Your Started Your Virtual Assistant Business Over
Virtual Assistance
Someone recently asked, “if you had to start your VA business over, knowing what you know now, what are the five most important things to know?”
Become a Master Craftsman
1. Your business doesn’t manage itself. It takes time to do the back-end of your business, so figure it in.
2. Don’t be afraid to spend money. When you spend money, you make money.
3. Never under estimate the power the of a target market.
4. Research, research, research. It’s ok to ask questions, but there is nothing like doing your own due dilligence.
5. Lastly, make sure your business name fits where you want to be in five-ten years. If we knew in 1998 where we would be today, our company name wouldn’t be Virtual Accuracy.
