In May 2006, Dale was nominated by his peers for the Thomas Leonard Virtual Assistant of Distinction Award presented in association with the inaugural International Virtual Assistants Day, which was registered in the Chases Calendar of Events by the members of the Online International Virtual Assistants Convention (OIVAC). The Thomas Leonard Award was designed to honor a Virtual Assistant who has been in business for at least 2 years and who has contributed to the industry in such a way that it has provided a positive impact on many others and helped them to build a successful business.

On May 19th Sharon Williams of The 24 Hour Secretary was awarded the Thomas Leonard Award. Congratulations and thank you for all you do to promote the VA industry!
